Agenda:

  • 390 Fifth Avenue, The Gorham Building: The application is for a transfer of development rights from 390 Fifth Avenue, an individual landmark, under Section 75-422 of the New York City Zoning Resolution. The application will also establish a Continuing Maintenance Program for the building.
  • 125 Park Avenue, The Pershing Square Building: The project will see the replacement of non-historic infill and cladding at the building entry on East 42nd Street and the installation of new building signage and lighting.
